We just came back from vacationing in Woodenville, WA and just wanted to share with you how pet-friendly this place is.

Here we are at Willows Lodge. There was beautiful landscaped garden wherever you looked.

This garden belongs to the Herb Farm restaurant and the plants and flowers are used in their dishes. The front desk staff were kind enough to look after us while Mom and Dad had a 4 hour dining experience in this place. They said it was amazing.

We had a great time chasing bunnies, and smelling all different kind of new smells. We spent a lot of time wondering around the gardens where it was pretty quiet (when we were not barking, of course).

Several dog stations were conveniently located in case you had forgotten to bring your own waste bags.

A nice riverside trail is readily accessible.

There are several wine cellars walking distance. We loved DeLiLE Cellars we got treats for almost each wine serving they got.

The patio bar has fire pits and we would spend some time listening to live music (and barking to other dogs, just to let them know we were around).

On top of that, that same weekend the Adventurewiener TM Club was having their monthly dachshund meetup and we got to walk around Green Lake with more than 40 doxie lovers. We had a blast!

Here we are meeting Chester & Gretel from YDWWWYW! Sweet!

Once we got home we couldn’t but nap all day long.

What a great time! The Lodge grounds look beautiful, and that’s so great that they are so accommodating with pets. That’s always nice to find.

I am so glad that you got to come walk with us. I used to live out in Bothell, near Woodinville. I am familiar with the Herb farm but have never eaten there. That was really great that the staff at the Willows Lodge watched the pups for you so you could enjoy a great dinner.
