Sand-wieners?

This week we are blogging from California. The snowieners are more like sandwieners this week. Here are some pictures from our trip. More to come as we are planning a trip to Rosie’s dog beach tomorrow.

No snow this time. We heard that yesterday it snowed back home! Happy WW, Marcie.

You match the color of the sand!

  3. Bethany

And the sand sticks to some wieners fur almost as much as the snow!

SlimDoggy says welcome to California! Hope you have a great time. There’s lots of sand here for you to be sandwieners in!

What fun! Hope you’re loving the sand!!

They first sniffed it and wouldn’t stop sneezing! We did not stay long because we soon realized that pets were not welcome. Let’s see how we do today.

      Thanks Emily.
I’m very curious about their reaction to the sea. Bailey is way more curious. TeKeela needs her time to make an opinion. Let’s see how it goes.

Thanks! It’s been fun so far seeing them adapt to new things.

  12. FleaByte

Oh what fun! Be careful not to get into the sand fleas!

    • snowieners

Thanks for the tip. Any special consideration I should take? The had their flee treatment (Frontline) last Friday and I have been spraying Adams as well.

Oooh! That looks like so much fun! Where in California are you?
As for the sand fleas, I think bathing them after beach time is an important step along with flea treatment. Happy WW!
